  1. In a larger bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla extract into this bowl.
  3. In smaller bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, and baking soda.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients into the large bowl and mix, then stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. Line baking trays with parchment paper.
  6. Use a spoon/ice cream scoop to place balls of dough onto trays.
  7. Place balls of dough ~3 inches apart.
  8. Place trays in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight to chill.
  9. Preheat oven to 325F and take dough out of fridge to thaw.
  10. Bake cookies for 15-18 minutes. Then remove from oven and allow to cool.
